Polly grew up in Darwin, Northern Territory, before moving to Canberra at the start of 2011 for university. She is currently in her first year of a Batchelor of International Relations at the Australian National University. She is interested in politics, history and loves to read. Polly began her involvement in UN Youth through a weekend conference in Darwin in 2007, and was lucky enough to compete at the 2007 UN Youth Evatt Trophy Competition. She stayed involved because she loved the people and the ability to learn a vast array of skills not usually provided to young people.
